Our two self catering lodges are also available for short term lets of up to 12 weeks. This option is ideal for those moving home and in need of a temporary stop gap between selling and buying. Short term lets are generally a much cheaper option for those working in the area for longer periods of time.
Having been built to full house specification, our two lodges are available all year round and have the benefit of the latest double glazing, oil fired central heating and an attractive wood burning stove within the main living area. The lodges are fully furnished and have attractive fitted kitchens with oven and hob, full size dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. A full inventory can be supplied in advance for those considering this option.
Each lodge has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single bedrooms. Bedroom 2 can be supplied with twin beds if required, with a maximum occupancy of 4 adults permitted in each lodge. One of our two lodges is pet friendly, with up to 2 well behaved dogs permitted. Please contact us if you have other pet requirements.
Our lodges are let on a fully inclusive rental, so you have no bills to pay on top of the rent.
Outside, there is parking for 2 permanent vehicles. Each lodge has a balcony terrace and a patio terrace with picnic table, barbecue and rotary washing line.
Both lodges are non-smoking inside but smoking is permitted on the balcony or patio area and ashtrays are provided.

*This tariff is based on a maximum of 3 adults hiring a 3 bedroom lodge for 7 days in low season. A 4th person may be accommodated but this would mean a shared bedroom and this would incur a supplement fee.
